Princeton University Arts and Transit Area Traffic Impact Study, Princeton, NJ

The purpose of this comprehensive traffic study is to analyze the traffic impacts resulting from the proposed Phase 1 of the Arts and Transit Project that the University plans to undertake in the area located south of the existing McCarter Theater Center buildings along Alexander Street.  Phase 2 of the Arts and Transit project is not part of this application and will not be analyzed in this report

Route 1 Alternative Evaluation, Princeton, NJ

After comparing about 8 initial alternatives for Route 1 Development from Alexander Street to north of Harrison Avenue in Princeton, NJ we came up with 3 major alternative to evaluate. The evaluation includes a delay per vehicle per interaction analysis, total vehicle mile traveled (VMT) per network and a few more environmental and aesthetic factors.
